Our experience of working for some of the largest housing providers in the country has given us the knowledge and expertise required to ensure everything is completed accurately and quickly.  

Our services include:  

  1. Property inspections to ensure the tenancy is in line with the terms and conditions in the Tenancy Agreement. 
  2. A responsive repair service where we would organise appropriate trades as and when required
  3. Arranging the annual gas and (where applicable) electricity inspections to ensure we are legally compliant

The sign up process can be completed electronically and we try to be paperless where possible; all signed paperwork would be emailed to the new customer as we are now in a new digital era.  All relevant certificates would be provided to the tenant at this stage to ensure we are legally compliant and not leaving ourselves or the landlord at risk.

We also offer a tenant find service where we would advertise your property on your behalf on relevant platforms. Once the appropriate checks have been completed and a suitable client found we would hand responsibility over to the landlord.

The management of the property including the repair service and ensuring the rent was paid would be the responsibility of the landlord and if things did not go to plan it would be the landlords responsibility to deal with, however we are able to step in for an arranged fee where required.
