We want the customer journey to be a pleasant experience for all are customers and we strive to get it right first time.  We are aware that everyone’s busy, we are all working at a fast pace and our time is precious.  To minimise disruption to your working day we email out all our documentation to customer to allow them to read everything in detail prior to the viewing.  If the customer then wants to proceed the viewing and sign up can commence in the one appointment which is beneficial to the customer who does not need to take further time away from work.
